By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.
Our Services
We provide website design, lead capture automation, and related maintenance services for local service businesses, as described on our pricing page. Current offerings, pricing, and inclusions are listed there and may be updated from time to time.
Payment
One-time services are due at the time work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring services (such as our Maintain plan) bill on a monthly basis and continue until cancelled by either party.
Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the website, domain, and accounts we set up on your behalf. We retain no ongoing rights to your site or its content, and there is no lock-in.
Automations & Recurring Services
Lead routing and automation features tied to a recurring plan remain active only while that plan is current. If a recurring plan lapses, associated automations may be paused.
No Warranty
Our services are provided “as is.” We work to deliver a working, reliable site and automation setup, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes, such as lead volume or revenue.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
